2025 was the most ambitious year in Hands United Against Poverty's history.
We visited hospitals, provided clothing and shoes to those in need, and empowered mothers through small business grants — giving families not just relief, but a pathway forward. We also deepened our food programs, ensuring more families had consistent access to nutrition when they needed it most.
Programs reached. Families served. Lives changed.
Across all of our programs, we directly served more than 4,200 individuals, and reached an estimated 11,000 community members through health, food, and nutrition outreach — and these are the lessons and the momentum we're carrying into the year ahead.
