Through our Healthcare Sponsoring Program, we sit with the sick, the vulnerable, and the forgotten — bringing medication and hope directly into hospital rooms across Haiti.
Inside the hospitals of Haiti, there are rooms filled with quiet struggle — mothers sitting beside small beds, watching their children fight battles no child should have to face. There are elderly patients staring at bills they will never be able to pay, and families forced to choose between medicine and a meal.
This is where Hands United Against Poverty shows up.
Through our Healthcare Sponsoring Program, we walk into those rooms and we sit with the sick, the vulnerable, and the forgotten. We visit patients who have no one advocating for them — small children whose tiny bodies are fighting infections, illnesses, and conditions that could be treated with the right care and the right medication. We bring that medication directly to them. We place it in their hands. We make sure it reaches the ones who need it most.
For families drowning in hospital bills they cannot afford, our program steps in to help carry that weight. Because no family should have to watch a loved one suffer simply because they cannot pay.
But this program is limited.
We can only reach as many patients as our resources allow. Every donation of medication, every dollar contributed, directly determines how many lives we can touch. When you give, you are not just writing a check — you are sitting beside a sick child in a hospital room in Haiti. You are telling a struggling mother that she is not alone. You are making sure a grandfather receives the medication he needs to see another day.
There is always more need than we can meet alone — but together, we can reach further.
If you would like to donate medication or contribute to our Healthcare Sponsoring Program, every single contribution makes a difference. No gift is too small when a life is on the line.
